Our COVID-19 statement

WE’RE FULLY OPERATIONAL AND DELIVERING OUR CAKES

In light of the challenging times we are all facing with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to update our valued customers about how Cake Me Up are dealing with the situation.  We are following government advice closely and monitoring the situation. Our foremost priority is the health and safety of our customers.

HEALTH & HYGIENE

As a food business we already maintain strict hygiene procedures in production and delivery of our cakes.

As well as baking cakes in complete isolation, we carry out deliveries with gloves and sanitiser. We have also implemented contactless delivery – Your cake will be left boxed on your doorstep and will not require a signature. You will receive a message or phone call immediately informing you that your cake has been delivered and we will remain at a distance until taken in by you. Alternatively pick up is available while observing social distancing rules.

POSTPONED CAKES

We completely understand the disruption this virus has caused to everyone’s daily lives and the impact it may have on our customers’ plans.

We will do our utmost to fit in with your new arrangements if your event is canceled.
